How do I measure my ring size?
Place a ring that fits on the circle, then drag the slider until the circle lines up with the inside edge of the ring, not the outside.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Choose the larger size. That's what most jewellers recommend, and wide bands (6 mm or more) usually need about half a size larger.
Is the measurement accurate on my phone?
RingJoy calibrates itself for your iPhone or iPad model. If your model isn't recognised, or you want to double-check, recalibrate with any bank card in Settings.
